It was the first point and click adventure game I have ever played and it was a great introduction to the genre for me. In Conclusion, this game has always been a classic. Same goes for Grim Fandango which you also remastered and I bought at the time. Even if you finished Payback and released it would be exceptionally satisfying. I know it was LucasArts who made the original, but I think it would be incredibly awesome if you could finish what they started and make this game into a franchise. Same goes for the more true sequel “Payback” which was supposed to continue with the same point and click adventure gameplay.ĭouble Fine Productions, if you are reading this please make a sequel to Full Throttle. The sequel “Hell on Wheels” was planned for a while, and looked great back in the day, but upon hearing of it’s cancellation, I was upset. The nostalgia quickly sunk in and it felt great to play a classic complete with music by The Gone Jackals. Now that it has been re released with remastered graphics, I downloaded it immediately and began playing. I played it the next couple of years, and despite being only 7-8 years old then, I managed to figure out most of the puzzles on my own. I remember seeing Full Throttle for the first time on my Grandpa’s computer back in 1996. “When I’m on the road, I’m indestructible." Also included is a concept art browser with work from Peter Chan, and a commentary track with the game’s original creators. Players will be able to switch back and forth between classic and remastered modes, and mix-n-match audio and graphics options to their heart’s desire. Blow your speakers with movie-quality sound and a full digital score featuring the GONE JACKALS - an authentic hard-hammerin' biker band! Now over 20 years later, Full Throttle is back in a remastered edition that features all new hand-drawn and 3D high-resolution artwork with 4k support, and with remastered audio and music. Originally released by LucasArts in 1995, Full Throttle is a classic graphic adventure game from industry legend Tim Schafer, telling the story of Ben Throttle butt-kicking leader of biker gang the Polecats, who gets caught up in a tale of Motorcycles, Mayhem and Murder.
